I’m running the London Big Half to support The Small Acts of Kindness charity, an incredible organisation that works to reduce loneliness and isolation among older people.

This cause is close to my heart because of my own elderly dad, who really values the local clubs and groups in his village. These social activities bring him connection, joy, and a sense of purpose—something so many older people are missing out on.

By running for Small Acts of Kindness, I want to help ensure more elderly people can access the support and simple human connections that make such a big difference in their lives.

Every step I take is for the people who just need a little kindness to brighten their day. Any support you can give means the world. Thank you! Simon Hough
