A wonderful visit from Henry Holland-Hibbert, High Sheriff of Hertfordshire 2020.

We were thrilled to welcome Henry Holland-Hibbert, High Sheriff of Hertfordshire 2020, to be presented with our High Sheriff Award. It was a very special occasion as the Small Acts of Kindness team came together to celebrate our achievement.
At the award ceremony, held virtually last month, we were announced as one of six winners. Today’s presentation gave us the opportunity to reflect on the past year and recognise all that we have achieved.
Lynne Misner, our CEO said: “With the help of our wonderful Small Acts of Kindness volunteer family, we were able to support some of the most vulnerable older people across the county throughout the pandemic. We extend our heartfelt thanks for this wonderful award and are delighted to share it with everyone who helped make our projects happen.”
Small Acts of Kindness is hugely thankful for the continued support shown to us by Henry during his term as The High Sheriff of Hertfordshire. Always willing to provide hands-on help packing gift bags or delivering food parcels, his dedication to us, and the many other charities throughout Hertfordshire, has been invaluable during this difficult time.
We look forward to welcoming Henry and his wife, Kate, back in the coming months as we begin to pack our winter gift bags once again.
